This extract is from an email I sent to Dr. Weinberger about #AlphaGo, #DeepMind and his permanent cure for one of the greatest and most vicious scourges of humankind - on ZERO budget. November 6, 2020 Dear Dr. Weinberger,
This documentary reminds me of you (and our family's part as observers and reporters) in your life.
There is room after room of seasoned and brilliant AI computer programmers, who each are working on problems and solutions that can benefit humanity.
There is a LOT of brain power displayed.
One would think that AI in this configuration could figure out and remedy any and all scourges that have boggled mankind.
I wondered if AI could cure medically unexplained chronic cough. (No need - you already took care of that one.!)
Now, change the scene to a retired pediatric pulmonologist in San Diego and a dad working in the space industry over 2,500 miles away.
No big computer farm. No multiple rooms of long haired hippy programmers. Nothing but a cellphone and a glass of water. You cured it. I filmed it.
I feel like I am helping reel in a very big fish and I don't want to let it go, only to have someone else catch and display it.
This is not for any (at all) personal glory for me. What I do is my family's way of saying "thank you" to the man who will cure the world's coughs.
Takeaway: I think this is about to become the story of the decade - or bigger. It's bigger than creating a computer program to play the game from Korea called "Go", as detailed in this video.

Note: I don't normally reveal my personal correspondence. I had never heard of AlphaGo, or DeepMind. I just happened upon this brilliant documentary ~ and #LOVE it. It is such a juxtaposition to Dr. Weinberger's brilliant and paradigm #SingleMind shift of cough cure medicine. Other than Dr. Weinberger, I have searched in vain for any living medical doctor who has even mentioned a "cure" in peer reviewed and published medical documentation - anywhere. There has NEVER been anything like The Weinberger Procedure cough cure by-proxy. It is changing the world. - Dennis
